Ulster, registration number AKU 991, chassis number C5/564/U, engine bay cover completely removed. A man bends down behind it working on the car, another stands looking over. Parked in a field, other cars of different types all around, possibly a hill climb.
It looks like Prescott. According to the 2005 register, the car only competed in 2000 and 2001 at VSCC meetings there. Not yet all digitised.
