Description

VHS tape of 'Pulling Power' the Aston Martin Story, produced by Carlton Television in 2002. Documents the history of Aston martin from 1913 to the V12 Vanquish. Two part production, presented by James Allen, both part on the tape with production gaps and end boards. Part 1 is 10.50 mins, part 2 is 12.40 minutes. Along with cars there are interviews with Roger Stowers (in the barn, Drayton St Leonard); Footage of the 1959 Le Mans and Goodwood; Interviews with Ted Cutting and Stirling Moss about the races; Interviews with Victor Gauntlett and Ian Callum on design. period footage of Williams Towns about the Lagonda wedge. Also has period footage of a DB2 - [NGD 636]. Also has a section with Atom being driven.
