Description

Cream-coloured menu card for the Second Annual Dinner for Aston Martin Ltd, held at Osterley Hotel on the 3rd December 1938. The front cover has the name Mr Bailey written at the top, referring to John Walter Bailey.
Inside are toasts to 'the King', 'the Firm' and 'the Visitors'.
The menu was:
Oxtail Soup
Poached Halibut with Egg sauce
Roast Surrey Chicken, Rolled Bacon and Bread Sauce, Baked and Boiled Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts
Mince Pie or Wine Jelly
Biscuits and Cheese
